A Little Temper, A Little Disappointment

Lost temper today. It's really not a big deal, just my lovely fully zippable wallet was stolen in the community center when played there last week. I had kept good mood during the week while reported and replaced stolen cards and moved home as planned. This morning just the idea came out to try last time to find back the wallet itself, no expectation for the yearly movie tickets and cash at all. Just thought that maybe the thief could threw away the wallet after took the cash and movie tickets. It's the play time again this noon so I printed 3 notes titled "WANTED: Useful or Not" with a small summer gift for whoever return the wallet to the reception. I thought it too simply. I assumed that it should only take a minute to talk to the reception which I reported the stolen event last week, leave the gift there, then she would help or allow me to stick the notes on the entrance door. If somebody reads the notes, found and return the wallet, isn't that a happy moment for both of us? But unfortuately, when I arrived there, two other people lined up in the reception, so I decided to stick the notes first then talk to the reception. Unfortunately the reception lady did not listen to me fully but jumped up to try to take the notes down and said their policy is not allowed. It's at that momement I lost temper and shouted at her. I blamed her for not taking any action to help last week when I found that I forgot my jeans in the changing room, phoned her immediately to ask help to take and keep the jeans before I could return back. But she did nothing, when I returned back that afternoon, my jeans was still in the changing room but the wallet in the pocket was gone.

I am a little dispappointed to the community center. Nicely in the surface but careless in the heart, or no heart at all. Take care of policy and process but no care to people.

I am very dispappointed to myself. How could I lost temper to such a trivial woman who can claim that she did nothing wrong. What happened to me? What happened to human beings even in the place named as "Most Livable City" in the world?
